Vaughan has developed expertise specifically for companies operating in the member states of the Organization for the Harmonization in Africa of Business Law (OHADA). In opening its office in Bamako (Mali) in 2012, Vaughan was the first French firm present in Mali and the first to open an office in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Conscious of the need to provide structured and comprehensive services, Vaughan fosters cross-professional work relationships and has a solid network of partners in the principal African countries.
