In 2012 Vaughan opened its Bamako (Mali) office, making it the first French law firm with an office in Sub-Saharan Africa.
From establishment to development, our teams support companies operating in the 17 states of West, Central and Sub-Saharan Africa (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea Bissau, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo), members of OHADA (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa).

OHADA's objective is to facilitate trade and investment as well as to guarantee legal and judicial security for the activities of companies in its member states.
