Biography
Bruno de Laportalière acts for clients in mergers, acquisitions and fund-raising transactions, in both venture capital and growth capital. His particular expertise lies in his understanding of complex securities and negotiating shareholder agreements. He also assists the firm’s clients in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts.
As regular counsel to a large number of French companies and subsidiaries of foreign groups in the IT, telecom, telemedicine, aeronautics, luxury goods, sports and real estate sectors, Bruno assists them in their international files in both English and Spanish. In 2023, he plans to launch Vaughan Avocats' SPANISH DESK to better serve Spanish companies developing their activities in France and French companies developing theirs in Spain. Involved in the cause of Café Joyeux, he is part of the group of volunteers who are helping to establish it in Toulouse.
