Yasmine EL GHARIB specializes in collective labor relations (employee representatives, collective bargaining, restructuring, professional elections) and in the management of individual labor relations.

Yasmine EL GHARIB joined VAUGHAN in 2025 as an Associate.

Previously, she completed internships at VIGO Law Firm and Squair Law AARPI. She also worked within the Organized Crime Division of the Paris Court of Appeal (JIRS – JUNALCO).
