Biography

For over 20 years, Marie-Hélène Jan has assisted entrepreneurs and companies in forming or buying companies, as well as in structuring business groups. Her historical activity in western France gives Marie-Hélène a detailed knowledge of the issues specific to new technologies, biotechnology, marine culture, agri-food and transport.

As a regular consultant for new technology players, Marie-Hélène is involved in fundraising, growth support, control assignments, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring (holding companies, asset groups).
