A lawyer since 2013, Pauline Carrillo advises French and foreign companies based in France on all aspects of employment law, both in high-stakes litigation and in the structuring and day-to-day management of HR issues.
Trained in mediation and conflict resolution techniques, Pauline has developed a particular expertise in exit negotiations and in the design of crisis exit strategies, particularly in complex cases of harassment and psycho-social risk management, or with an international dimension
