Amélie LEPERLIER specializes in collective labor relations (employee representatives, collective bargaining, restructuring, professional elections) and in the management of individual labor relations.

Amélie LEPERLIER joined VAUGHAN in 2025 as an Associate.

Prior to that, she worked for DS Avocats and Fromont Briens. She has also worked for the LA POSTE Group and BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION.
