Biography

Anne-Sophie Berton provides advisory and litigation support to companies and individuals in connection with managing individual labor relationships (work contracts, disciplinary procedures, layoffs, compensation) and collective labor relationships (personnel representatives, professional elections).

In 2015, Anne-Sophie Berton completed one of her final internships at Vaughan before later joining the firm as an associate in 2016. She also worked as an intern in the legal department of Hewlett-Packard France, as well as in the Employment law department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.

Associate in the Human Resources team, Anne-Sophie Berton assists French and international clients on various employment law issues.
