Biography
Within the Human Resources team, Alix advises and litigates with HR and legal departments on all aspects of employment law, both in the day-to-day management of HR issues and in the context of reorganisations and complex operations, particularly at international level.
An expert in litigation management, Alix is particularly fond of dealing with the individual aspects of employment, and in particular of assisting her clients, both employers and executives, in negotiating the departure of employees.
Very involved in CSR issues, she works on the subject both internally and for the firm's clients, co-organising round tables on the leadership of HR functions in the sustainable transformation of companies.
