Pauline Carrillo deals with all aspects of social law, from the daily handling of legal issues in this area, to more complex operations (reorganizations, social plans, sale / acquisition transactions, audits). In addition to these advisory activities, she intervenes in all jurisdictions to defend the interests of the Firm’s clients.

Trained in mediation and negotiation techniques, Pauline Carrillo accompanies the Human Resources departments and their managers in their initial negotiations, their relations with the IORPs, and in the design of the exit strategy.

In addition, Pauline Carrillo regularly provides operational training.


A Director in the Human Resources team at the Toulouse office of Vaughan Avocats, Pauline Carrillo is involved in consulting and litigation on all issues of social law, both individually and collectively.
