Biography

Mathilde advises clients in insolvency and distressed companies, assisting them with financial distress prevention and insolvency proceedings.

She also provides advice on corporate and business law, and civil and commercial litigation.

In employment law, she supports clients in both advisory and contentious matters, covering individual and collective labor relations.

Mathilde joined Vaughan Avocats in 2025 as an associate. Previously, she was a trainee lawyer at Cabinet Franklin, Restructuring Department. She holds a DJCE – Master 2 in Business and Corporate Law, a specialized certificate in corporate law, and a university diploma in insolvency law.
