Biography

Louis practises employment law and advises the firm’s clients on the management of individual (employment contracts, disciplinary matters, remuneration) and collective employment relationships (employee representatives, professional elections), as well as in the context of litigation.

Louis joined the law firm Vaughan Avocats as a trainee lawyer in May 2020 and was admitted as an associate in July 2025, following experience at a Toulouse-based firm specializing in employment law.

He also completed a traineeship within the Human Resources Department of a major retail group.

As an associate within the Employment Law team of the Paris office, Louis advises clients and represents them in litigation relating to both individual and collective employment matters.
