Biography
Thomas Fernandez-Boni represents his clients in a full range of labor law disputes (particularly in individual and collective employment disputes, URSSAF disputes and social security disputes). He has also advises companies seeking to expand in France and internationally (harmonizing benefits policies, restructuring, providing in-house labor law training to HR teams).
Thomas Fernandez-Boni’s practice extends to a variety of business sectors, including industry, engineering, airline transportation and professional sports.
Internationally, Thomas created GBL Alliance network, was the first president of the alliance and he is currently a member of the board. This network of law firms, brings together members from over 55 jurisdictions, allowing Vaughan Avocats to support clients in their international expansion and in establishing their businesses abroad.
Thomas heads the VAUGHAN NORDIC DESK which is a network of 400 lawyers able to assist French and Nordic investors in both zones.
