Biography

Jean-Charles de Bellefon has built a considerable practice in social security law issues (pension and retirement), negotiating the departure of managers and executive directors, and compensation. He is also particularly involved in in compliance audits relating to restructuring and reorganizations.

His main areas of practice are metallurgy, industry, engineering and design, airline transport, sport, business, services and agricultural cooperation.

As a member of the Conseil de l’Ordre (Bar Council), Jean-Charles de Bellefon is heavily involved in lecturing on social security law to which he devotes part of his time, at the University of Toulouse, the Ecole d’Avocats Sud-Ouest Pyrénées (South-West Pyrénées Law School) and to Executive MBA students at HEC.
