About

In 2012, with the opening of the Bamako office, Vaughan was the first French law firm to open an office in Sub-Saharan Africa, confirming its international ambition.
Through its office in Mali, Vaughan assists African and international clients in all of their transactions in Africa.

This is achieved through the firm’s thorough knowledge of OHADA law (harmonized legal system adopted by 17 African States), but also its in-depth understanding of the local culture.
