Lucie Ménard works on issues relating to collective industrial relations, notably relations with staff representatives, assistance with collective bargaining, restructurings and dismissals, resolving problems relating to working time. She also works on matters involving issues related to individual industrial relations.

Before joining Vaughan Avocats, Lucie Ménard was a legal intern at the firm Scotto & Associés and Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés, and in the Industrial Relations Department at Groupama.


As director in the Human Resources team, Lucie Ménard advises the firm’s French and international clients on various aspects of employment law and assists them with disputes.
